Amp and Ability points allow you to further customize how your character plays. Amp points can increase stats or unlock procs that are tied to your abilities. Ability points can be used to tier up your skills to increase their affect and add new functions.  We have compiled a list of all the ways you can get your Amp and Ability Points capped. You need to get 7 Ability Tier Point Unlocks and 10 Amp Power Upgrades to reach the cap for your character.
